There is a simple screen structure where you can briefly enter details about the error, select error codes and classifications specific to your organization, and quickly create a record by adding a screenshot or file if you need.

E-Mail & SMS Notifications

All fault notifications created are notified to the service responsibles defined specifically for the instrument in the system via E-Mail and SMS.

Service Response

Remote intervention or on-site solution... Whenever the request is closed by the service, they can close the ticket through the link sent to them.

Control

After the service completed notification, a confirmation notification will be sent to your responsible technicians to check the solution.
